Soil to Service

Our food access work is changing! This year, we’re supporting the BQE, a collaborative of 18 first-generation, small farms across the Hudson Valley and Catskills, united by a shared commitment to sustainability, regeneration, and community.

Each farm practices soil-centered, water-protective, seed-saving methods rooted in ecological stewardship.

Together, BQE farms aggregate and distribute from the Chester Agricultural Center — making it easy for farm-to-table restaurants, institutions, and food distributors to source directly from farmers who care as much about the land as they do about quality.

With one order and one delivery, BQE offers the freshest seasonal produce from our region’s best, grown with intention, integrity, and a deep respect for the ecosystems that feed us.

Sow local, serve local.
